"I had several Heritage windows installed last Spring, and I have noticed a real difference, not
only in the temperature of the house, but also in the noise level in my very NOISY
neighborhood! It seems that "they" did up the street every other week, and if that is not
happening, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, roofers, steam cleaners and other noises are. So the
windows provide real relief from these unpleasant experiences. The rooms were definitely
cooler in summer; and this winter, our thermostat settings have gone down from 69 degrees
to about 61 degrees! Also, there was a small problem with one of the windows; and the
repair person came promptly to fix it. I'm very satisfied with the result. Thanks for improving

installation, the contractors arrived promptly and were very courteous and professional. The
installation was complete, including clean-up, and removal of the old windows before the end
of the day. It was amazing! My husband came home from work to beautiful, new, fully
installed windows. In the past six months we have had no complaints and love them! They
not only make our house look amazing, but hey help keep a more moderate temperature
inside, both on hotter and cold days. Now that it is approaching winter again, we are already
noticing a difference in how much we use the heater. Additionally, we have noticed a marked
difference in how much noise we can hear inside when the occasional airplane flies over.
Yes, we can still hear it, but it is much , much quieter. We are very happy with our purchase

"We wanted to let you know how amazed and satisfied we are with our new windows. We
purchased nine windows and one sliding glass door for our 50 year old home. The windows
were the original ones put in by the builder. They were noisy; let the winter cold and summer
hot inside. After years of procrastinating and saving to purchase new windows, we were
happy to receive the Heritage flyer in the mail and immediately called for an appointment.
Our appointment was within 2 days and we met with James Treible, a knowledgeable and
friendly gentleman. There was no pressure to purchase what we did not want and his
expertise helped us to make the right decisions for our budget and design of our home. The
windows arrived within the 8-week commitment and were expertly installed by two skilled
young men that I felt comfortable leaving alone in my home while I did errands. They were
quick, caused little damage and cleaned up before they left. Since the installation we have
noticed considerably less noise as we live just a block from a very busy freeway. We also live
in front of a speed bump that has woken us up during the night when drivers fly over it
crashing down and making a very loud clang. Now we rarely hear anything. We have not yet
received our winter heating bill but have been keeping the thermostat 3-5 degrees lower and
the house stays warm. We are looking forward to a cooler summer and continued warmer
winter. We have and will continue to recommend your company to our friends and neighbors
as were are extremely pleased with our new investment!"

"After 33 years of living in the "Bat Cave" my wife and I decided it was time for new windows.
Several years ago we remodeled, so in the 54-year-old house, there were a combination of
rusted crank out Steele frame and corroded sliding Aluminum windows. These were covered
with awnings and a film to block the outside heat and UV rays, which made the house very
dark. Not only could most of the windows not be opened they looked awful and it was
embarrassing to have company. We decided to contact Heritage Exteriors for an estimate.
That was the beginning of a wonderful experience. Ten windows were installed in one
workday and the awnings were eliminated, the installers were courteous, clean and neat in
person appearance and their work habits were excellent. After the job was completed the
inside and outside of the house were left in perfect condition. We can now open all of the
windows, see the natural light out doors and the indoor temperature is much more stable,
WOW! Also we live two blocks from the police station, so you can imagine the noise. It is
amazing the amount of noise that is eliminated by these windows. Thank you Heritage

to let you know how happy I am with my new windows! I live less than a mile from the Oakland
Airport. Those airplanes use to be so loud going over my house. Oh, I can still hear them.
But the noise has decreased so much that it really no longer bothers me like it used to. The
windows are so secure and seem to be air tight. They have really made a great difference.
I'm now looking forward to seeing our utility bill this winter. I'm quite sure I'll be seeing lower
